Terms of Service
1. Service description
SPARKBYTE sells a Chrome Listing & Justification Pack: custom written copy and related documents delivered as editable digital files. It is not an agency that logs into your accounts, manages your Chrome Web Store listing, or guarantees store approval.
2. Seller & payments
The seller is an individual operator in mainland China. When checkout is enabled, Creem acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing, taxes/receipts where applicable, and chargeback handling under Creem’s terms. Until a payment URL is configured on this site, no purchase can be completed here.
3. Price
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the pack is a one-time fee of $49 USD (or the price shown on the live payment page).
4. Delivery
After payment (when live) and receipt of your completed questionnaire, we aim to deliver files within 48–72 hours. Delays may occur if questionnaire answers are incomplete; we will ask follow-ups.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate product information in the questionnaire
- Review and edit delivered copy before submitting to Google
- Comply with Chrome Web Store policies and applicable law
- Never send us Chrome / Google account passwords — we will refuse them
6. No approval guarantee · no refund on rejection
Chrome Web Store review decisions are made solely by Google. SPARKBYTE does not guarantee approval, ranking, or listing longevity. If your submission is rejected or removed, you are not entitled to a refund. Chargebacks for “didn’t get approved” after delivery of the files are disputed as misuse of the payment network where applicable.
7. Intellectual property
Upon delivery and cleared payment, you receive a license to use the delivered copy for your own extension listing. You may edit it. You may not resell the pack as a competing template product without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPARKBYTE’s total liability for any claim related to the pack is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, store suspension, or indirect damages.
9. Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation. It is an expression of interest via email until checkout is available.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes for paid customers will be communicated where reasonably practical.
